$1.5 Million Raise To Launch, Prove, and Scale
Initially, the Company is raising $500,00 via a 10% Convertible Promissory Note and will be converted into the Company’s next issued series of Preferred Stock at a 20% discount. The pre-money valuation of the conversion will be $4,500,000.
Subsequently, the Company plans to offer a Seed Round of $1,000,000 of Preferred Shares, at a valuation to be determined. The proceeds will be used to complete necessary requirements to launch the OTC Supplements and for continued working capital needs.
