Dmitry Green

Founder, Ising Ventures · Adjunct Professor of Physics, Boston University

Moderator

Dmitry Green is an active physicist and has two decades of experience as a partner and managing director in leading hedge funds. He has continued both endeavors side-by-side giving him unique access and perspective on technology and capital markets. Dmitry's contributions to physics are foundational to topological quantum computing and have been recognized as a milestone by the American Physical Society. He is the founder of Ising Ventures, investing in quantum technologies, and serves as a Senior Quantum Advisor to WorldQuant Foundry, a venture lab in NYC. He continues his research as an Adjunct Professor of Physics at Boston University, focusing on superconducting devices.

Adam Koster

Serial entrepreneur and regenerative medicine executive

Host

Adam is a serial entrepreneur and regenerative medicine executive with deep expertise in business development and company building. He helped scale the first commercial exosome company and several autologous technologies to $50M in global sales in under three years. Previously, he launched a neuromodulation startup that competed directly with Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott. Adam is skilled at forming high-performance teams and aligning inventors to advance emerging technologies across quantum computing, computational biology, and nanotechnology.

He studied Quantum Computing at MIT (certificates) and holds a MBA in Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as a Masters in Business from ICN School of Management.
