Malak Trabelsi Loeb is a Dubai-based founder, jurist and thought leader working at the intersection of quantum technology, artificial intelligence, space, cybersecurity and national security. She is the Founder of Vernewell Group and Quantum Innovation Summit, and serves as a NATO Subject Matter Expert on emerging disruptive technologies. Her work focuses on technology governance, international compliance, technology transfer, dual-use technologies and national security frameworks. With more than 17 years of international business experience and 12 years of legal expertise, Malak has advised and contributed to international discussions on emerging technologies, policy and security. A Sorbonne University alumna and MIT xPRO-trained in Quantum Computing, she has spoken at international platforms including NATO, World Summit AI and Inside Quantum Technology.
